Overview: This book is extremely interesting, exciting and mythical. It is about two brother orphans- Prosper and Bo, after escaping their aunt and uncle, they met a truly mysterious boy who likes to call himself "The Thief Lord". He is very clever and he is also the leader of a band of street kids in Venice who lives on stealing things and making mischief, but he also has a strange secret behind him! But the adventure is yet to begin, because suddenly Prosper and Bo finds themslves whisked away into a long forgotten place and they will find.......... I will leave it for you to find out!

Comments: I really like this book because it is very mysterious, especially where it is set- Venice, and you are dragged into the story very quickly before you even know it. And sometimes you feel like you were actually one of the interesting characters or if you and them have anything that is alike. I especially loved the part about the twisting and turning of the mysterious roads and streets of venice. I also really liked how the author describes the beauty and strande Venice. I sincerely recommend you all to read this thrilling book!

Bloomability By Sharon Creech

I am very touched and moved by this fascinating, excellent, heartwarming and mesmerising story about a girl whose name is Dinnie that moved to Switzerland and a new school to live with her aunt and uncle because her family is too poor.

I think I am just like Dinnie, always moving around and going in to a new school. My favourite part of the whole story is when Guthrie (Dinnie's friend) made a very moving speech at the graduation ceremony about the yellow forest and how they all chose the same road to go to that school because I think what he said was absolutely correct and I am certainly very touched by this part.

I think this book is truly an excellent piece of work by Sharon Creech!! I recommend it to evrybody that likes heartwarming books!
